Hi!
My name is Dr. Gouskos!
The basics:
My Name is Dr. Stephanie Gouskos! I am 32 years old! I was born and raised in Montgomery County. I enjoy traveling & being around my friends and family. I will be your child’s Kindergarten teacher for the 2025-2026 school year! This will be my 7th year teaching at Bells Mill Elementary but my 10th year teaching in the county. I am beyond excited and can’t wait to have an amazing year with an amazing group of students!
I grew up in Rockville, Maryland where I attended Lakewood Elementary for Kindergarten through 5th grade. I then attended Robert Frost Middle School for 6th-8th grade before heading to Thomas S. Wootton High school where I graduated in 2011.

Education/Credentials:
During my time at Salisbury University, I had the opportunity to intern in several different schools in the state of Maryland as well as interned abroad in New Zealand. In May of 2016, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education (Pre-K – 3rd) from Salisbury University. I decided to come back to Montgomery County to pursue my career in education. During my first few years of teaching, I decided to pursue my master's in Educational Psychology from Walden University and graduated in the beginning of 2019. I went on to continue my education adventure pursuing my doctorate to further my learning to best benefit the students in my classroom. I recently earned my doctorate in the spring of 2024.

I have taught K and 2nd grades.
I have also taught 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th grades.
I am looking forward to working with your child!
We are in this together as a collaborative unit working for the success of your child!
:)
