Hi!

My name is Ms. Byrd!

I have been teaching for 8 years. I have taught kindergarten and first grade in MCPS, both for four years. 

I am currently the first grade team leader. Before moving to Maryland, I was the teacher for a kindergarten enrichment program in Pennsylvania. 

I have tutored students from PreK-4th grade over the last two years.

About Me:

I have a Malshi dog named Charlee. I’m a big sports fan, especially baseball. I love going to games! I love going home to visit family and to spend time with my niece and nephew. 

In my free time I love to read and craft.
